Our products

Are the wigs for sale on your shop made from human hair?

All wigs, except those in the 'Human Hair Lacefront Wigs" section, are made from high quality heat safe synthetic hair.

What size heads do your wigs fit?

All our wigs are made with an elasticated cap so they can be tightened/loosened with the straps inside however they are made to fit a 22.5-23" head and can stretched or be tightened to fit head around half an inch to an inch bigger or smaller then this.

For the best fit on a larger head we recommend the Lacetop or Full Lace range of wigs as these can stretch more to accommodate a bigger head or to fit more of your own hair inside.

Do I need to use glue or tape to secure the wig when wearing it, if so, how?

Although our wigs are considered "glue less" due to the combs and straps they have in them, we usually recommend the use of Mastix Spirit Gum to secure your wigs down. This is because the lace will still shift or lift in wind if it isn't glued down to your head securely. There are also other products you can use to secure the lace, searching through "how-to" videos on youtube is a great way to see what would work best for you if you are new to lace front wigs.

Do you personally hand-make every wig on your store?

Unfortunately due to lacefront/full lace wigs being extremely time consuming to hand create and due to the sheer amount we sell daily, we do have a manufacturer who creates our wigs for us to our specifications and colour/style designs.

The Amber, Amelia, Ariel, Blair, Bobbi, Florence, Jenna, Kameron, Karla, Lily, Lola, Luna, Scarlett, Skylar, Taylor, Venus and Victoria styles are exclusive to our store, along with the majority of colours which are designed by us.

Can they be dyed?

Unfortunately synthetic hair cannot be dyed like normal human hair. However, you can use Acrylic Ink & 99% Alcohol or Polyester Dye to dye synthetic hair.

Are all your products as pictured on your website?

All our items are photographed in house and are taken in a way to show the versatility of the wig. We try to show all possible angles of our products and do not edit our photos to make them more aesthetically pleasing. Most of the wigs on our store are to be worn "straight out of the bag" however we do brush them slightly before photographing to best portray the style.  

Please remember that different monitors and phone screens can affect how colour is portrayed, therefore we cannot be held responsible for a slight difference in shade when you receive your order.

Also please note that all of our wigs are photographed on a mannequin which isn't accurate to a human head, neck or chest size meaning the wig may appear longer or shorter in the photos on our site. If you are concerned about the length of a wig you have looked at, please look at the measurement given in the description of the said wig. If a wig is stated to be 14 inches in the measurement provided in the description, that will be from the crown of your head down your back with the hair pulled straight, unless stated otherwise.

I do not have a PayPal account, how can I complete my purchase?

Please follow these steps to complete your order without using a PayPal account.

Step 1

Click on the black 'checkout' button on the cart page.

Step 2

Fill in your details, check they are correct and then click the blue 'Continue to shipping method' button.

Step 3

Choose your shipping method and click the blue 'Continue to payment method' button.

Step 4

Check that all details and products are correct, fill in the billing address details, if these are different from the shipping address and then click the blue 'Review order' button.

Step 5

A PayPal window will pop up. Click on the grey 'Pay with a Debit or Credit Card' button.

Step 6
You will then need to fill in your card/account details and on some occasions you will be asked to create a PayPal account for that card.

 

After Ordering

 

If I am unhappy or have changed my mind with my purchase can I get a refund or exchange?

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of the items we sell, we cannot offer any returns or refunds unless the item you have received is faulty or damaged. 

We try our best to carry the highest quality product and provide excellent customer service to all our customers.

Can I cancel my order?

Once orders have been processed and dispatched, they cannot be cancelled. If your item(s) have not yet been dispatched, you are able to cancel any order, except any custom made item(s). However, all cancelled items will be subject to a 15% restocking & admin fee and will be deducted from the refunded total. 

What can I do if I think my purchase is damaged or faulty?

If you believe you have received an incorrect, damaged or faulty item then please fill in the form on our contact us page within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will get back to you as soon as possible and we will ask for you to send photos to help resolve the issue.

Please note, we can only accept returns of damaged or faulty items providing they have not been worn or altered in any way (i.e. had the lace cut), as we can’t be responsible for items that have been damaged while being worn. 

I have received my wig and the hair is shedding, is this normal?

Yes, it is perfectly normal. All our wigs are made with more hair than specified in the description, to allow for shedding when the wig is first brushed through.

I have received my wig and it has short hairs sticking out of the top, is this normal?

Yes, it is perfectly normal. All our wigs are made with these short hairs to help create volume and cover the cap construstion. The reason that you are probably seeing these is because you have parted your wig beyond the lacefront area. Please ensure that you brush all the hair, that is not in the lacefront area, backwards and this will conceal these short hairs.

What happens if I do not receive my order?

There can be multiple reasons for you not receiving your order:

  • Your order might have been lost
  • The delivery details were incorrect when you placed your order, so it was returned to us
  • The courier attempted to deliver your order multiple times but were unsuccessful, so it was returned to us. 

If the order was lost during transit, you will be entitled to a replacement or full refund. An order can only be classified as lost if it has not been delivered after 30 business days.

If the order was not received due to customer error (i.e incorrect details/courier unable to deliver to given address) then the customer is responsible for paying for postage again. Once the order is received back and second postage is paid for, we can resend your order. If the customer no longer wants the order then a refund, minus shipping and a 15% restocking & admin fee, will be issued once the order is back with us.
