Please do not contact us regarding tracking your order, unless the estimated shipping time for your country (shown below) has passed. If you have received an order dispatch email with a tracking number, this means your order has been sent and therefore cannot be cancelled. If you are having trouble tracking your order on the Royal Mail website, you can click here and enter your tracking number. Please read the questions below before ordering. If you are unsure about shipping to your country, please contact us, and we will try our best to advise you on the best solution to receive your products as quickly and smoothly as possible.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide to every country. However, South Africa can only be shipped by express courier, please email us for a quote as this will not be available at checkout. Mexico orders are being delayed for several weeks, and we are offering an express courier service, please email us for a quote.

How will my order be shipped?

We send all orders in a mailing bag with a bubble liner. The wig will arrive inside an organza bag, which can be used for storage when not being worn. All orders are shipped using Royal Mail. If you are outside the UK, your order will be given to your local delivery service once it has cleared customs. For customers using "USA & Canada 2-4 working days," these will be shipped in a box. For one wig, it will be a 31 x 21 x 10cm box. For orders with 2 wigs or more, this will be a 38 x 26 x 15cm box.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed on a weekday before 2pm (UK time) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on a weekend will not be shipped until the following working day (Monday-Friday). In rare cases, processing can take up to 2 days due to busy periods and public holidays.

For "USA & Canada 2-4 working day" shipping method, orders must be placed before 11am (UK time) to be dispatched the same day. This service cannot deliver to PO Boxes as the package must be signed for upon delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

Prices below are for one wig under £80. Prices will increase if multiple or more expensive wigs are ordered.

Who is responsible for customs charges?

The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to a shipment. While we provide customs clearance forms to help reduce costs, this does not guarantee no charges will be applied.

How long will it take for me to receive my order after being shipped?

We cannot guarantee these times as they are estimates provided by the courier. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or busy periods. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to customs charges needing to be paid.

Can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number to the email address provided on your order. Please double-check your email address before placing your order to ensure you receive all necessary information. Some countries do not offer a tracked service. For more information about your country’s shipping, please use the form on our contact us page.

What happens if I do not receive my order?

Possible reasons for not receiving your order include:

  • Your order might have been lost
  • The delivery details were incorrect, so it was returned to us
  • The courier attempted delivery multiple times but was unsuccessful, so it was returned to us

If the order was lost during transit, you will be entitled to a replacement or full refund after 30 business days. If the order was not received due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address or courier unable to deliver), the customer is responsible for paying postage again. Once the order is received back and postage is paid, we can resend it. If the customer no longer wants the order, a refund minus shipping and a 20% restocking and admin fee will be issued once the order is returned to us.
